The purpose of this program is to build and develop our potential company leaders. MSP Candidates will undergo a 1-2 year training period with the managerial team at Meratus before being assigned to specific positions, in various Meratus branches across Indonesia. MSP is intended for our following businesses:

- Liner / Container Shipping (Meratus Line)

- Logistics (M-Global Logistics)

- Terminal & Container Depot (Container Logistic Centre)

- Ship Management (Meratus Ship Management)

- Finance

Undergoing a training period as per the duration set by management (1-2 years), which includes activities such as:

- Learning about Meratus Group's business in general

- Learning in-depth about the business processes of each business owned by Meratus Group

- Undergoing coaching sessions with the relevant job holders

- Performing job rotations according to management's needs

- Conducting a presentation to evaluate the results of the training

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA 3.50

- Proficient in English

- Having strong interest in shipping & logistic industry

- Willing to be placed across Indonesia
